Professor Town provides lead generation and done-for-you funnel building services. Our services may include, but are not limited to, strategy consultations, marketing funnel creation, lead generation campaigns, and related digital marketing services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services.

2. Consultations and Payments

We offer an initial free consultation session to prospective clients. This free session is intended to assess your needs and determine whether our services are a suitable fit.

Following a free consultation, if you choose to engage our services, payment will be processed via invoice. All fees, payment terms, and deliverables will be outlined in the invoice or any accompanying service agreement provided to you.

You agree to pay all fees as specified in your invoice within the payment terms stated. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of services at our discretion.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement between you and Professor Town.

3. Use of Website

By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

10. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS from Professor Town, you may receive: appointment reminders and confirmations for scheduled coaching calls; follow-up messages related to your coaching inquiry; and promotional messages about Professor Town services, events, and resources.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also contact us at hello@professortown.com to request removal. To resume messages, reply START or re-submit your consent on our website.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Professor Town is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages. Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Professor Town makes no guarantee that messages will be delivered and is not responsible for messages that are lost, delayed, or otherwise not received due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or network problems.
